
If you don’t serve punch, is it even a party? This is the perfect festive cocktail to get the good times going, thanks to its fruity and citrussy flavours. It’s light, it’s got bite and it’s GOT to be on your table this Christmas.
120ml cointreau
750ml pinot grigio
200ml bottle Fever-Tree Lime & Yuzu Soda
Summer fruit-infused ice cubes:
1 mango, peeled, stone removed
1 punnet raspberries
handful blueberries
handful strawberries, hulled
2 peaches, peeled, stones removed
1 orange
1 lime
- Make the summer fruit-infused ice cubes the previous day. Cut mango, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and peaches into small pieces. Cut orange and lime into slices, then cut into small wedges. Add mixture of fruit into large ice moulds, fill with water and freeze overnight.
- In a punch bowl, add summer fruit-infused ice cubes. Add cointreau, pinot Grigio and Fever-Tree Lime & Yuzu Soda. Gently stir.
- Serve punch in punch cups.
