1 x Marion’s Kitchen Cashew Chicken Meal Kit , which includes: – STIR-FRY SAUCE – CASHEWS – BABY CORN

2 tbsp vegetable oil 400g peeled prawns 1 cup snow peas, trimmed 1 red capsicum, cut into strips Rice to serves

  • Drain the baby corn from the meal kit and set it aside.
  • Heat a small frying pan over medium heat, toast the cashew nuts until golden. Set aside for later.
  • Heat a wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil. Toss in the capsicum, baby corn, and snow peas. Stir-fry for about 1 minute until just tender but still crisp.
  • Add the prawns to the wok and stir-fry until they turn pink and are cooked through.
