1 x Marion’s Kitchen Pad See Ew Meal Kit *(includes marinade, rice noodles, and stir-fry sauce)
400g (14 oz) peeled prawns
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
200g (7 oz) broccolini or Chinese broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 eggs, lightly whisked
- Place the prawns in a large bowl with the MARINADE. Mix to combine. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
- Bring a pot of water to the boil over high heat. Cook the RICE NOODLES in boiling water for 4–5 minutes or until just tender. Drain, rinse under cool water and then set aside.
- Place a wok or frying pan over high heat and, when hot, add the oil. Add the garlic and stir-fry for a few seconds or until fragrant, then add your marinated protein and stir-fry until almost cooked. Next, add the broccolini and stir-fry for another 2 minutes or until tender but still crisp. Move everything to the side of the pan, then pour the eggs into the empty side of the pan. Allow to set for a minute or so, then toss them through the remaining ingredients.
- Add the noodles and STIR-FRY SAUCE, then stir-fry until well combined.
- Now you’re ready to eat… enjoy!
