Quench that thirst and create a refreshing tropical drink with this quick and easy pineapple and ginger punch recipe. Pour, chill, garnish, then sit back and sip.

500ml (17 fl oz) pineapple juice

500ml (17 fl oz) dry ginger ale

500ml (17 fl oz) sparkling apple juice

¼ cup lime juice

ice cubes

sliced orange

peach wedges to garnish

pineapple, cubed

mint leaves, to garnish

  • In a large pitcher, add the pineapple juice, dry ginger ale and sparkling apple juice. Give everything a stir to incorporate the ingredients together.
  • Decant the mixture to large bottles with a closure, then place in the fridge to keep cool. Alternatively, you can place the pitcher directly into your fridge, provided you have room.
  • Just before serving, remove pitcher from fridge. Add ice, fruit garnishes and mint leaves, then serve.
  • Notes: – This recipe was made using the Panasonic Prime+ Premium 3-door refrigerator NR-CW530. – We used the Quick Cool function to rapidly chill the drink, plus free up space in the main compartment of the fridge.
