Marion’s Kitchen Thai Satay Chicken Kit

200g minced pork

½ cup frozen corn

1 tbsp paprika

2 x 200g udon noodles

4 cups water

2 tbsp chicken bouillon powder

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 boiled egg, cut in half

Shiso leaf (or spring onion), to serve (optional)

  • Heat a saucepan or pot over medium heat and add the satay marinade from the kit and minced pork. Stir-fry until the pork is cooked through, then add the paprika and frozen corn. Stir until everything is combined, then set aside to rest.
  • In a saucepan or pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, add the soy sauce, chicken bouillon powder, and Marion’s Kitchen Thai Satay sauce. Stir to combine and bring it back to a boil.
  • To serve, place the cooked udon noodles into a bowl , then ladle over the hot soup mixture. Top with the pork and corn mixture, followed by the boiled egg halves and fresh shiso leaves (or spring onion).
