Homemade Thai - 1

Can’t get hold of my bottled Thai-style Tamarind Vinaigrette? Then make the exact same dressing from scratch, using all the same ingredients. It’s deliciously tangy and zingy, and guaranteed to make friends with your favourite salad!

2 tbsp tamarind concentrate

3 tbsp finely shaved palm sugar

3 tbsp white vinegar

¼ cup rice bran oil

2 tbsp roughly chopped coriander leaves and stems

½ clove garlic

½ tsp sea salt

¼ tsp dried chilli flakes

  • Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth and emulsified.
