Plus, it’s balanced with steamed broccoli and rice, making it the ideal choice for a nutritious and filling meal.

800g Skinless salmon, skinless salmon fillets, cut into pieces 3cm (just over 1 inch) long and about 2cm (about 3/4 inch) thick

Oil spray

½ cup of Marion’s Kitchen Classic Japanese Teriyaki

2 tbps of Marion’s Kitchen Crispy chilli oil , and more to serve (optional)

500g Broccoli, streamed to serve

Steamed rice to serve

  • In a medium-sized bowl , toss the salmon with ½ cup of Marion’s Kitchen Classic Japanese Teriyaki sauce and 2 tbps of Marion’s Kitchen Crispy Chilli oil. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
  • Preheat your air fryer to the highest setting.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil, then add the salmon pieces in batches. Cook at 200°C for around 4 minutes.
  • Drizzle with more teriyaki sauce, then pop the salmon back in the air fryer for another 1-2 minutes to get an extra crispy finish.
  • Repeat with the remaining salmon.
  • Serve your Hot Teriyaki Salmon Bites with steamed rice and broccoli. Drizzle more crispy chilli oil (optional).
