
Delicate elderflower pairs perfectly with tart raspberries for this rather special-if-I-say-so-myself slushie. Quick and easy to make, it makes a wonderful non-alcoholic cocktail that’s worthy of any celebration.
300g (10.5 oz) frozen raspberries
2 tbsp caster sugar
200ml bottle Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic Water
fresh elderflower or mint leaves, to serve
- Place the raspberries and sugar in the bowl of a high speed smoothie blender or food processor. Process until almost smooth. Add the Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic and stir well to combine.
- Divide the slushie among serving glasses. Garnish with fresh elderflower or mint leaves and serve.
