2 onions, thinly sliced
1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
Marion’s Kitchen Crispy chilli oil , only the oil for brushing
Dipping sauce
½ cup mayonnaise
⅓ cup Marion’s Kitchen Coconut Sriracha sauce
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan-forced). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese onto the tray to form a base for the onion ring. Place an onion slice on top of the Parmesan.
- Lightly brush the tops of the onion rings with oil from Marion’s Kitchen Crispy Chilli Oil.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese extra on top of the onions and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the Parmesan is golden and the onions are crisp.
- Meanwhile, make the dipping sauce by stirring together mayonnaise and Coconut Sriracha until smooth.
- Serve the onion chips warm with the Coconut Sriracha dipping sauce on the side.
