1 package silken tofu
2 ½ tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp black rice vinegar
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp Marion’s Kitchen crispy chilli oil
1 tsp honey
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1 spring onions, diced
½ cucumber, chopped
- Drain the silken tofu. Set it aside in a shallow bowl or plate with high edges.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, black rice vinegar, sesame oil, crispy chilli oil, and honey until well combined.
- Press the chopped cucumber over the top of the tofu.
- Pour the sauce over the tofu.
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and diced spring onions. Serve and enjoy!
