
Bet your grandparents never had corned beef like this before… yep, we’re using our leftovers to upgrade our instant noodles in a jiffy, with the ultimate corned beef ramen recipe.
1 x packet of instant ramen noodles
Leftover corned beef (find my corned beef recipe here)
cooked Chinese broccoli leaves
cooked shelled edamame
mayak egg , halved
finely sliced spring onion (scallions)
chilli crisp, to serve (try my homemade chilli crisp recipe, or use store-bought)
- Open the pot of ramen noodles and empty in the flavour sachet.
- Add boiling water to the ramen noodles according to packet instructions and leave for specified time.
- Once ready, stir the noodles, then top with broccoli leaves, edamame, egg halves, a sprinkle of spring onion and a spoonful of chilli crisp. Serve.
