Negronis and their ‘broken’ counterpart negroni spagliato may be having a moment (both in and out the meme universe), but this version keeps the gin and swaps the “prosecco in it” for effervescent clementine-flavoured tonic. And we are here for it.
In collaboration with Fever-Tree Australia .

Clementine Negroni Fizz
1 large ice cube
20ml gin
20ml sweet red vermouth
20ml Campari
1 orange
200ml Fever-Tree Clementine Orange Tonic
- Place the ice cube in a short glass. Add the gin, vermouth and Campari.
- Use a vegetable peeler to slice a strip of orange peel. Twist the orange peel to release its aroma and then drop it into the glass.
- Top up with the Fever-Tree Clementine Orange Tonic.
