
Fresh, crunchy, simple but oh-so epic, this ‘slaw is all the things. It’s salad, just better.
Christmas Asian ‘Slaw
10 cups finely shredded Chinese cabbage (wombok)
½ cup coriander (cilantro) leaves
¼ cup finely sliced spring onion
2 long red chilli, deseeded, finely chopped
Dressing:
6 tbsp fish sauce
4 tbsp white vinegar
6 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp lime juice
2 long red chilli, finely chopped
2- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- For the dressing, whisk all ingredients together
- For the Asian ‘slaw, mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
